Daniel

Daniel is an experienced bilingual hunting guide who has been active in the outfitting industry for over 25 years. Specializing in big‑game hunting, he particularly excels with black bear, moose, white‑tailed deer, and elk. He also has strong expertise in wildlife observation, photo safaris, and supporting demanding international clients (Extreme Adventure, trophy hunting, wildlife photography).

He holds a certified guide license issued by the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources, is a trained river guide, and has extensive experience in remote regions, giving him mastery over all operational aspects of the field.

Daniel’s professional background includes roles as head guide, operations manager for several renowned outfitters, and founder/director of his own company, Pourvoirie J.A. Dufour.

He brings to our clients an intimate knowledge of the territory: more than 250 developed acres in Saint‑Alexis‑de‑Matapédia, located in the heart of a region already renowned for sport hunting and salmon fishing.
